Mysongbird is here to bring great new songs to your ears without you having to move a muscle. We avoid the complexity of 'personal internet radio stations', cut out the time consuming process demanded by download sites and ease the overbearing choice offered by band-led sites. Here we keep it simple, press play and listen to ten of the best songs, by some of the best unsigned and new bands around.

If you like what you hear you can access more songs by the same artist in our Review section, where you can also read our written assessment of their music. We write without the commercial and political pressures that bind the mainstream music press, so we 'll give you our opinions honestly.

For us, good music is not genre specific, so as we develop there will be an increasing mix of sounds for you to sample. We will always welcome new, talented writers to contribute to our site and share with us the passion they feel for the music they like.
